Terms of Service
By subscribing to Same Day SEO, you agree to a month-to-month service with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Scope of Work
Our services cover organic SEO optimization for WordPress and BigCommerce platforms. We do not provide paid advertising, social media management, web design, or content creation beyond what is necessary for SEO optimization. Tasks are completed one at a time in the order they are submitted, with a typical 24-hour turnaround. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, as search engine algorithms are outside our control. What we do guarantee: we will rework any deliverable until you are satisfied, as many times as needed.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: your name, email address, website URL, and store access credentials. Access credentials are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties. You can revoke our access at any time from your store admin panel. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. We do not access your customer data, order information, or payment details. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our service — where work begins immediately upon task submission — we do not offer refunds for completed or in-progress work. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we will rework it at no additional cost until you are satisfied. If you cancel your subscription, no further charges will be made, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
